Talent Development Partner III

Job Summary:

The Talent Development Partner III performs effective change management of employee needs by gathering and analyzing organizational data to proactively identifying gaps and overlaps.

Essential Functions:

  • Perform consultation with departments and markets to improve performance with the employee life cycle.
  • Perform needs assessment and identify and deliver a plan and solution to drive team performance
  • Support competencies to ensure regulatory compliance and consistency
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partner and HR COEs on identifying and delivering organizational learning and development needs
  • Implement the annual group-mentoring program to support leadership identified employee talent
  • Facilitate programs to support operations leader mobility
  • Perform any other job related instructions as requested

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Development, Learning and Development or a related field or equivalent years of relevant work experience is required
  • Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field is preferred
  • A minimum of five (7) years of learning and development experience, to include three (5) years of relationship management experience is required
  • Internal consulting experience with multiple levels is required
  • Curriculum design experience is required

Working Conditions:

  • General office environment; may be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time
  • Some travel for business, as needed
