Newsweek and data firm Plant-A Insights Group released their second annual ranking of America's Greatest Workplaces for Women. CareSource is proud to be included in the 1,000 U.S.-based companies ranked highest when evaluated on metrics including compensation, work-life balance and proactive management on diversity.

Newsweek and market data research firm Plant-A Insights Group have included CareSource in their rankings as one of America's Greatest Workplaces for Diversity 2024. The list features the top large and mid-size companies recognized by their employees for genuinely respecting and valuing individuals from different walks of life.

Newsweek partnered with Best Practice Institute (BPI) for the Newsweek Excellence 1000 Index, recognizing CareSource, along with companies across more than 25 industries and 100 categories, as an example of corporate success and responsibility.

CareSource has received a score of 100 on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s 2023-2024 Corporate Equality Index (CEI), the nation’s foremost benchmarking survey and report measuring corporate policies and practices related to LGBTQ+ workplace equality. CareSource joins the ranks of 545 major U.S. businesses that also earned top marks this year.

We’ve been named to Foundry's Computerworld 2024 Best Places to Work in IT. This year's recognition marks the first year CareSource has been recognized by Computerworld for our innovative, industry-leading workplace culture.

We received the 2023 Governor's Inclusive Employer Award for inclusivity to individuals with disabilities in our workplaces.
