A Message from our CEO and President
At CareSource, we are driven to be the employer of choice in health care and a frontrunner in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI). We are committed to embedding DEI into all we do and have organized our areas of focus into three categories:
- Workforce: We take action to create opportunities for employment and advancement to ensure a diverse composition of employees at all levels of our organization.
- Workplace: We are intentional in our efforts to create and maintain an inclusive work environment where all employees feel welcomed, respected, and supported.
- Community: We work relentlessly to elevate the cultural competence of our organization and amongst our vendors, providers, and community partners, in order to bolster the well-being of our members.
We recognize that true change within our company and in the communities we serve, requires both advocacy and promotion. Our internal focus on DEI is reflected outwardly in our emphasis on health equity for our members. Just as our employees are counting on us to foster a culture of belonging - our members are also counting us. Counting on us to design and deliver bias-free, culturally sensitive products and services, and interact with them in a manner that makes them feel honored, understood, and appreciated.
