Advertising and Brand Specialist I (Hybrid)

Job Summary:

The Advertising and Brand Specialist I is responsible for working with marketing /community marketing and business owners to develop marketing and external communications deliverables to support plan execution and deliverables.

Essential Functions:

  • Maintains an up-to-date understanding of all regulatory/compliance marketing guidelines for all product lines and ensures that all regulatory requirements are being met
  • Supports Senior Marketing Specialists in the development and execution of a grassroots advertising campaign
  • Supports the event/sponsorship strategy
  • Supports the translation/508 strategy
  • Write and develop marketing and external communications deliverables for print, digital, web and advertising
  • Gathers data from various internal and external sources to support analysis activities
  • Supports Senior Marketing Specialists in ensuring on-time production of materials on target and within budget
  • Supports work in department project queue as needed
  • Perform any other job duties as requested

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent years of experience is required
  • Experience in Marketing and/or Communications is preferred
  • Healthcare experience preferred

Working Conditions:

  • General office environment; may be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time

Compensation Range:
$46,500.00 - $74,500.00 CareSource takes into consideration a combination of a candidate’s education, training, and experience as well as the position’s scope and complexity, the discretion and latitude required for the role, and other external and internal data when establishing a salary level. In addition to base compensation, you may qualify for a bonus tied to company and individual performance.
