Where We
Stand

Tracking our progress

Our goal is to create a workforce that represents our member population and reflects not only their demographics, but experiences and perspectives. It is equally important our leadership represents the employees they lead. We track our demographics to establish our baselines, measure our progress and gain an understanding of where we may need to take action.*

*All data points are as of August 1, 2024. Leadership is defined as managers and above, unless otherwise stated.

Building a Great Place to Work

All CareSource employees are responsible for our success and contribute to our ability to strengthen our culture of inclusion, as well as meet the diverse needs of our members. We understand this starts with building a great place to work for our employees. With the support of our workforce, we earned the moniker of Great Place To Work® again in June of 2024. We are committed to frequently checking in with our employees to ensure CareSource remains worthy of this designation.
