Undergraduate Internship Program

Our 12-week paid summer internship program provides opportunities to learn, contribute and prepare for your career after college.

We seek current full-time students entering their junior or senior year in pursuit of a bachelor’s degree, preferably in a field related to the internship. Internships are offered in a variety of functional areas including actuarial science, clinical, marketing, data science, information technology, operations, HR, and more.

Program Benefits

  • Experience – Contribute to meaningful work and challenging projects. At the end of the summer, interns showcase their project work in a presentation to CareSource leaders.
  • Connection – Collaborate with others through various program components and events. Embrace the importance of giving back through philanthropy and volunteerism. Enjoy getting to know peer interns from across the country.
  • Networking – Meet our CEO and other senior leaders through Journey to the Job sessions. Engage with colleagues through team and organizational activities. Get involved and learn even more through our employee resource groups.
  • Development – Enhance your skills, business acumen and overall professional development through mentorship and various learning experiences throughout the program.

Students must have work authorization in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

Applications for summer internship opportunities typically open in September. We encourage you to apply as early as possible. Due to the volume of applications we receive each year, only the most qualified candidates will be contacted by a recruiter for further consideration. If the position you seek is not posted, it is either no longer available or we are no longer accepting applications.
