Areas of Opportunity
Project Management
Our Project Management team helps CareSource stay on track and achieve its goals in an efficient and timely manner. You will be accountable for managing capital and growth programs/projects, with the exciting potential to broaden your knowledge across payor subject areas in support of Medicare, Medicaid and Marketplace.
Provider Analytics
Our Provider Analytics team is focused on innovation and quality. We move quickly, suggest improvements and work hard to make a true difference to our operations. We invest in both technology and people. Our entrepreneurial thinking provides you with the opportunity to unlock possibilities that will improve the way we operate. Roles include:
- Claims Encounters Analysts and Leaders
- Clinical Appeals Nurses
- Configuration Analysts and Leaders
- Grievance and Appeals Specialists
- Operations Analysts
Quality
Our Quality team supports an enterprise-wide, cross-functional strategy focused on achieving annual performance goals. Key areas include accreditation, reporting and operations, data analytics, member experience, population health management and performance improvement. Each of these areas is comprised of leadership at several levels, including Team Leads, Managers and Directors, as well as key functional roles including Quality Specialists and Quality Analysts with specialized job knowledge. QI Advisors are highly trained in performance improvement and support systems based on data-driven improvement initiatives.
Quality and Performance Outcomes
Our Quality team is very involved in assuring that CareSource meets its strategic goals. You'll gain exposure to multiple areas of our growing organization with the opportunity to move across teams. Key roles in Quality include:
