We celebrate heart! An integral part of our culture is built around recognition. Employees and leaders acknowledge outstanding work, contributions, milestones and celebrations through our recognition portal. They participate in fun challenges and award opportunities, too!
We live our mission and give back. Employees receive 12 hours of paid time annually for volunteering and can be seen giving back in their communities across the country. Employees can also contribute to numerous employee giving opportunities.
We drive innovation and recognize it’s only possible through learning and continuous improvement. We offer a breadth of development and growth opportunities for employees and leaders and invest in organizational competencies to support development. We promote a culture of feedback where regular check-in conversations are the norm. Employee experience surveys provide valuable insights to inform decisions and action plans. We also benchmark and partner with other organizations to guide our strategies.
We are goal-oriented and get results. Our performance process enables ongoing feedback on performance and development.
Communication and connection are crucial, and our internal channels, volunteer opportunities, employee resource groups and All Staff Meetings are some of the ways we bring people together.
