Job Summary:

The Print Production Systems Analyst II is responsible for providing analytical support for SLA's and print production cost processing for production-related activities and projects within Business Partner Operations (BPO).

Essential Functions:

  • Extract Transform and Load (ETL) processing large datasets of different forms including structured, semi-structured and unstructured data.
  • Perform data analysis and reporting for internal and external stakeholders and/or regulatory agencies.
  • Conduct reviews of data systems and reporting data to identify and remediate data quality issues while coordinating with members of internal and external teams.
  • Provide complex metrics and analytics as required by leadership.
  • Performs any other job related duties as requested.


Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is required
  • Equivalent years of relevant work experience may be accepted in lieu of required education
  • Three (3) years of data analysis and project management required
  • Experience in Extract Transform and Load (ETL) processing required
  • Experience analyzing complex data sets made of unstructured, semi-structure and structure datasets to drive insights required
  • Health Care experience preferred

Competencies, Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong programming skills including SQL and visual studio
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs: Excel, Access, Sharepoint, and Powerpoint
  • Demonstrated knowledge with relational databases, structured and unstructured data
  • Knowledge of database design and implementation tools, including entity-relationship data modeling and SQL
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Licensure and Certification:

  • None

Working Conditions:

  • General office environment; may be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time
  • Travel is not typically required


Compensation Range

$72,200.00 - $115,500.00 CareSource takes into consideration a combination of a candidate’s education, training, and experience as well as the position’s scope and complexity, the discretion and latitude required for the role, and other external and internal data when establishing a salary level. In addition to base compensation, you may qualify for a bonus tied to company and individual performance. We are highly invested in every employee’s total well-being and offer a substantial and comprehensive total rewards package.
