Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to complete the online application process?

Usually, it takes approximately 10-15 minutes to complete all sections of the application, depending on your comfort level using a computer, mobile device or tablet.

TIP! Gather necessary personal information before you start the application. This includes mailing address, phone number, employment details including dates and position titles, and licensure and certification information such as number, issuing date and expiration date.

Do I have to complete all application sections if I attach my resume?

Yes. An application is necessary to ensure we have all the pertinent information for each candidate. While a resume may be attached, it may not be used as a substitute for completing any part of our application.

How will I know my application was received?

A confirmation screen will appear at the end of the application process to acknowledge receipt of your submission. You will also receive an automated email notification.

I received a notice that my application is incomplete. What do I need to do?

To complete your application, please log into your account. You will then be able to go through the application and complete any missing information.

Am I automatically considered for other positions once I’ve applied?

No. You must apply for each position in which you are interested.

Can I update my application or attachments after submitting it?

You can update your profile each time you apply for a position, but once an application is submitted, you cannot edit or change/delete existing attachments.

TIP! Include the creation month and year in the file name so the recruiter/hiring manager can readily tell which version is the most recent.

Can I apply for more than one position?

Yes. Candidates may apply for multiple roles if their experience aligns with the qualifications.

Will I receive updates on my application?

We do our best to keep candidates informed throughout the process. Candidates typically receive updates through the careers portal or email notifications.

Do you offer remote positions?

Some positions may be remote or offer a hybrid work arrangement, depending on the role and department. CareSource has a presence nationally through our family of companies, providing opportunities in a variety of locations. To find remote positions, candidates can use the location filters on our careers page to explore openings that best fit their preferences.

Do you use an AI tool or program to screen applications?

No. We do not use AI tools or automated programs to screen applicants. Applications are reviewed directly by our recruiting team. For some openings, we receive a very high volume of applications in a short period of time; when that volume becomes overwhelming, we may temporarily turn off the application to ensure we can appropriately review submissions already received.
