Excellent Support
With approximately 450 specialists working in Georgia, Indiana and Ohio, we support our members and providers mostly through inbound, service-oriented calls. We provide an excellent paid training program, including 5-7 weeks of initial training and 30 days of dedicated support. Ongoing virtual and classroom training is available throughout the year to help you refresh, learn new systems and continue to build your skills.
