Newsweek and market data research firm Plant-A Insights Group have included CareSource in their rankings as one of America's Greatest Workplaces for Diversity 2024. The list features the top large and mid-size companies recognized by their employees for genuinely respecting and valuing individuals from different walks of life.

Newsweek partnered with Best Practice Institute (BPI) for the Newsweek Excellence 1000 Index, recognizing CareSource, along with companies across more than 25 industries and 100 categories, as an example of corporate success and responsibility.

CareSource has received a score of 100 on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation ’s 2023-2024 Corporate Equality Index (CEI), the nation ’s foremost benchmarking survey and report measuring corporate policies and practices related to LGBTQ+ workplace equality.
